NVIDIA GPUs (as well as Intel processors with built-in GPU and a motherboard with built-in Intel graphics) are capable of hardware-based video encoding and can drastically decrease encoding time. While performance is significantly improved by using Nvidia’s HEVC encoder, NVENC, it comes at a cost of quality. Simply put, you’re not going to get as good a quality at the same bitrates using Nvidia’s encoder. Fortunately, Pavtube Video Converter can broaken the bad saying. With it, you can fastly encode your videos to H.265 with high-quality video (pavtube video converter also can encode H.264 with GPU). Now follow me to learn how does Pavtube Video Converter encoding H.265 with NVIDIA GPU Acceleration.
Following diagram represents support for the NVIDIA Pascal GPU family with Pavtube Video Converter

Tips: From above diagram, we can see that for fast hardware H.265 encoding speed on a Nvidia CUDA enabled Graphics card PC computer, your graphics products must suppor with either Maxwell (GM206) or Pascal generation GPU.
To encode videos to HEVC utilizing Nvidia GPU hardware acceleration with Pavtube Video Converter, you need to make sure your computer is geared up with H.265 encoding capable graphics card.
