Unable to play MPG files on iPad via my cloud app
I have just bought a 3tb my cloud device. I have copied all my files to it and installed the app on my iPad and iPhone. I can see all the files and they work fine on my dell laptop. I can see them all on my iPad too but I cannot find a way to play MPG movie files. I have a player app on the iPad but cannot seem to get the files to be played. Any suggestions?

How to Get MPG Files to be Played on iPad via WD Mycloud?
Step 1: Load MPG files to the program.
Launch the application on your computer, click “File” > “Load Video/Audio” or “Load from Folder” to import MPG files to the program.
Step 2: Choose default media player supported file format.
Click “Format” bar, from its drop-down list, select to output a format that’s compatible with the iPad media player app that you plan to open files on Mycloud app. Here, we choose to output iTunes supported file formats.
Step 3: Start the conversion process.
