MKV support TV but not Blu-ray player? Samsung H6500

OK, here is the problem. Got some files around 6.1gb and it is playing via my tv usb port & on my Hard disk, But not playing on my blu ray player! Says its not supported ? [Samsung H6500]. Here is the details about the MKV file.
