Play H.265/HEVC on Google Pixel

“Can someone confirm Google Pixel mobile phone can support HEVC 10 bit streams? I need to buy a device which can support this feature, I see that Pixel uses snapdragon 821 which can support HEVC 10 bit streams. But I am not sure whether Google enables this feature.
