Play H.265/HEVC on Google Pixel

“Can someone confirm Google Pixel mobile phone can support HEVC 10 bit streams? I need to buy a device which can support this feature, I see that Pixel uses snapdragon 821 which can support HEVC 10 bit streams. But I am not sure whether Google enables this feature. Can any one of you help here? HEVC 10 bit stream are available in jelly.yfish.us. Any help is appreciated.”

Can Google Pixel supported H.265/HEVC files?
